GLP-1 Vitality Package — Terms & Conditions
1. The package
The GLP-1 Vitality Package is a one-month clinical nutrition support program delivered by Susie Allen, BHSc (Clinical Nutrition), CPN (AARPN Registered), Your Vitality Nutrition. It includes a functional blood panel, functional health report, two consultations, a personalised meal framework, supplement protocol, the GLP-1 Vitality guide, and email support between sessions.
2. Pricing and launch rate
The launch rate of $895 is available until 31 March 2026. From 1 April 2026 the standard price of $995 applies. Payment is made in full at the time of purchase, or via a payment plan.
3. Pathology and testing
A pathology referral will be sent to you within 1 business day of purchase. Blood tests are conducted through a third party pathology provider and any additional costs associated with pathology collection are the responsibility of the client. Results are typically returned within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Consultations
Two consultations are included and must be used within 3 months of purchase. Consultations are delivered via telehealth or in person at Wilston Village, Brisbane. A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to reschedule an appointment. Missed appointments without notice will be forfeited.
5. Email support
Email support is available Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm Brisbane time. Susie will respond as promptly as possible however responses may not be immediate if she is with another client.
6. Refund policy
Due to the nature of this package, refunds are not available once the pathology referral has been issued or a consultation has been attended. If you have concerns about your experience please contact Susie directly at susie@yourvitalitynutrition.com.au in the first instance.
7. Health disclaimer
The GLP-1 Vitality Package provides clinical nutrition support and is intended to complement, not replace, the care of your prescribing physician. Susie Allen is a registered clinical nutritionist, not a medical doctor. Always consult your prescribing doctor regarding your medication.
8. Privacy
Your personal and health information is collected and handled in accordance with the Your Vitality Nutrition Privacy Policy available at https://www.yourvitalitynutrition.com.au/privacy-policy.
9. Intellectual property
The GLP-1 Vitality guide and all associated materials are the intellectual property of Susie Allen, Your Vitality Nutrition. They are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, shared, or distributed without written permission.
